Dining room: Beautiful open concept layout, open to kitchen and staircases, hallways… Table with 10 chairs. Glass window wall open to front yard with the views,

Master Bedroom suite: Huge Bedroom on top floor 2 Full size Beds, with a private porch, Big Bathroom, Jacuzzi and shower, and a huge walk in closet, entire wall window with outside views. (2 Beds for kids upon request)

Bedroom 2: Ground floor, 2 beds plus a private bathroom

1st floor Bedroom 3: 4 Beds

1st floor Bedroom 4: 2 beds

Living Room: Huge Sofa seating area.

Loft: Attic open to dining room, more beds for kids….

Laundry room: Ground floor, washer/dryer, Sink and linen cabinets.

Front yard: Garden swing, and chairs.

Rear yard: Beautiful peaceful quite yard, Kids clubhouse swing set, and trampoline, and additional chairs. Fire pit and more

Living space: Quite a bid staircases with floating stairs, plenty of space to give you the utmost הרחבת הדעת, with skylights.

Eruv: Yes we have an eruv.

Minyan: Summer, 12 min walk to Mikvah and town shul, and nearby bungalow colonies,

Winter, weekdays, we are 10 min drive to Shuls and mikvah in Woodridge or Kiamesha Lake.

(Shaboss, walk to Nitra camp or closest shuls they have a mikvah as well.)

Front deck: looks over the spacious yard an excellent place to spend your time.
